Fair Cities: Exploring the Ecology of Art Market Centres


An afternoon of discussion and debate that seeks to unravel how and why
certain cities have become recognised as centres for the Art Market as well
as exploring what kind of Art Market centre Manchester, and more broadly
the North West, currently is / can become.

Speakers include Liv Vaisberg, Co-director of Independent, Brussels, Co-founder of Poppositions, Brussels and an independent curator, Leila Alexander, Sales Executive at White Cube and Director of the Leila Alexander Art Consultancy and Alys Williams who is Founding Director, Owner and Curator of VITRINE, London / Basel.
