Founded in 2018 by Asli Hatipoglu, Simbart Projects has started organizing solo exhibitions of independent Turkish artists in different venues in Beyoğlu district of Istanbul. In 2020, Simbart has moved to its permanent gallery space on Çukurcuma Street. Having showcased more than 30 exhibitions and worked with over 35 artists in past 6 years, Simbart continues to work with emerging Turkish artists at its gallery space and represents them at the local and international art fairs.
